Looking to share a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house located right off of Kipling and 6th by the Oak St. Light Rail Station 1/2 block from Sunset Park.

I'm looking to rent out the downstairs bedrooms to one individual. You get the whole downstairs. This includes 2 bedrooms (1 for living the other for storage/office space) and a bath for $975.

The type of person I'm looking for:
- Time horizon of 1-2 years. Please don't contact me if your looking to stay less than 1 yr.
- Career driven
- Pet friendly -- I have 2 labs.

About me:
- Late 20's single male
- Work Monday - Friday 8-5
- Travels out of the state about once per month
- Enjoys football, basketball, boating, gym, snowboarding, my dogs, barbecuing.

Move in date: ASAP!

Security deposit is 300 due at time of signing lease and pro rated rent due upon moving in.
