I need a roommate ASAP!

I'm an attractive 44 yr. old AA residing in Marietta, Ga. and I'm in search of a roommate!
I have a 2/2 roommate style apartment available 10/1 /15, and I need to find someone ASAP!
I'm Bisexual and single, and would prefer someone who's either bisexual, lesbian, or non-judgemental! I enjoy a variety of different things such as: cooking, dining, dancing, billiards, bowling, arts & crafts, sailing, camping, cards, casino gambling, classic R&B listening, reading, shopping, and most importantly TRAVELING!
I would love to find someone who share most of my likes, or at least some of them!
The rent is $700 monthly, and includes everything besides grocery (elec, gas, water, trash, cable, telephone, internet). ! You'll have the bedroom with the larger bathroom, and walk-in closet.
The apartment also has open concept, a balcony/patio, fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit.
The complex has ample parking, dog park, tennis court, swimming pool, fitness center.
The location is convenient to I-75, shopping, dining, within walking distance to flea market, Wal-Mart, convenience/package
