I am looking to sublet my studio because I'm moving out with my boyfriend. Studio is located at 8 Garrison Street, it is an old building with columns and mosaic floor in the lobby. Has laundry in the building. Prudential train station is just near house (Green Line) and Mass Ave (Orange line) is in 5 minutes walking. Star market and 7 Eleven in 3 minutes. Close to Copley!
The apartment itself has everything that you would need. TV, bed, table, chairs, 2 armchairs, 2 closets, wardrobe, lots of mirrors of different shape, paintings and photos on the walls. Also, all tableware, iron, toaster and vacuum cleaner are included.
Also, it is very warm building, so I could sleep with open windows all last cold winter!!!
Studio costs 2000$ per month! There is no broker fee! Available October 1st!
