Private Room in 4 bedroom home.

Description

I have a four bedroom home, and I am renting a private room with a shared full bathroom. The Bedroom is unfurnished, but does have a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven in it. It also has a walk-in closet. The person renting will have a kitchen area shared amongst the other two people. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, toaster, 2 pantry cabinets, and pantry closet in area.
The home is quiet, and very clean. We are all students, so I am looking for a student to rent the room. I am also looking for someone who has a job, and has no problem the rent on time.
The house faces the pond with a fountain. I have a patio set in the back yard, where you can sit and it is very relaxing listening to the water coming off of the fountain. We also grill a lot, and the grill is available for use with shared expense of butane.
