The rent is 895usd, hot water and Heater included. First Month and last month is required before move in.

The apartment is part of a classic lovely house, It has a very nice spacious high ceiling living room with HW floors, a good size eat-in-kitchen, I don't own a car so you can use the private outdoor parking spot available for us. The room is spacious with high ceiling and It is FURNISHED. It has a Queen side Bed, Mini fridge, A/C, stand Lamp.

The house is located in a very convenient area in Beachmont, Revere:- Beachmont T station is 2 minutes walk away.- 2 blocks from convenient stores, shops, restaurants, Bakeries.- 6 minutes walk to the Beach.- 0,6 miles away from Target and Stop-N-Shop. That would be 12-15 minutes walk away, and less than 2 minutes by car.- 15 minutes away from Boston down town by Train. From Beachmont to State T station.- 10 minutes ride to Boston down town.

I look at the apartment as HOME so I expect you to be very respectful with the common areas and keeping the house CLEAN and TIDY is very important for me, that means I am looking for a person that can take the garbage out if necessary, respect a cleaning schedule, be able to chip in $7-12 a month for cleaning supplies. That type of sort.
