$440 Room for rent in townhome

I am seeking a professional female to rent the room I have available. I live in the Waterstone housing community, in the townhomes. I have one bedroom available and it has a spacious closet! Carpets freshly shampooed!! Ready for move in! I want someone who is clean, professional, honest, and pays their bills on time. Rent is $440 and I pay $500 since I have the master room. I am asking half of utilities which should range from $50-100 a month. There are 1.5 baths. Therefore the shower would be shared but you would have the downstairs bathroom as your own! But of course you're welcome to use either. The whole house would be yours with the exception of my room. Both rooms are private areas, obviously! :)

A little about me, I am 27 year old white female. I work in finance and I don't party or go out all the time. I will entertain away from the home out of respect for my roommate. I do have 2 dogs. They are fully house trained and don't do a thing wrong! They are great with people and will love you to pieces, so you have to be an animal lover to live here! :) They are solely my responsibility and I wouldn't ask my roommate for any help with them! They go with me on trips or I hire a pet sitter! If this is something you are interested in then please contact me! Serious inquiries only please.
