Located in Natomas Park. The house is rediculusly large (both inside and the back yard) for just me and my daughter. I had a tempory roomate to try shared living and it worked out great so now I'm looking for a longer term roomate. My daughter is 12 and I have her half-time. She is a straight A student at PFAA (Performing and Fine Arts Acadamy). The backyard has a BBQ/Deck area and a pool area. It's a great place for musicians who would enjoy the baby grand. The movie room is a great space also. The common areas are lovely and are really not used enough. The home is located in Natomas Park with possible access to the club house. My girlfriend lives in Reno and so I'm up there twice a month and she comes down about the same. The house is empty often. Although I love animals, the house dos'nt lend itself to having pets. Occasionally the home is open to community organizations to hold a fund raiser, particularly LGBT groups but not limited too. A wine cabinet is stocked for that purpose.
