To secure the room requires security deposit equal to one month rent, and then one month advance rent beginning upon entry & every month thereafter. Strictly only for non-smoker, non-drug user nor alcoholic, with stable job/regular source of income, avoids overnight visitors, observe silence specially during sleeping hours, help maintain cleanliness. Two month minimum stay and room shall be of same clean and good condition upon leaving.
