Looking for professional or student to rent the basement of my house. Beautiful large basement offers big living area, private bathroom, large closet, shared laundry area, as well as access to the main kitchen. You may also enjoy the shared back porch, and patio area, as well as a nice park across street. Smoking outdoors only. Must be dog friendly. I have 2 other male roommates on the main level, and everyone is easy to get a long with. Rent of $500 includes a mostly furnished place with big couches, big tv, table, mini fridge, microwave, possible bed if needed, and includes utilities, water, trash, direct tv.
