Hey. A lot of people told me that they thought my add was fake because I posted pictures from when I had just purchased the home brand new. So I'm attaching updated photos to the add, just so it's clear that this add is legit. I'm asking $800 for rent, which includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, and trash). I'll even throw in cable and internet. I also have a full size washer and dryer that you'll have access too. You'll actually have access to everything in the home, except for my room and bathroom. I'm open to pets, but there will be an additional charge per month. Deposit is $400.

As for me: 30. Professional. Respectful. Chill. I go hard through the week and recuperate on the weekends. Love working out, staying active, and eating healthy. Looking for someone who will treat my first home like it's their own. Any other questions, just hit me up.
