Awesome roommate wanted

I recently bought an awesome house on Batterson pond and possibly looking for an awesome roommate. My current roommate has lived here for months and is getting transferred to Virginia for work, I am Only looking for one person and have a beautiful sunny lake house on the Farmington line so it's a really safe and clean area. Rent is $550 per month for a newly painted bedroom with huge closets, private bathroom and share of entire house with all utilities and wifi included. Large updated house that has 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with the third being built, 2 living rooms 2 kitchens 2 prorches, den ... It's awesome. Lol Best match would be a clean responsible person that likes dogs, I have two well trained boys. I'm 35 with 3 other rental properties and have rented to/with ppl for over 10 years and totally respect people's privacy and use to sharing a home as I expect the same

I have already revamped the master kitchen and put in all new appliances, gas range, new washer and dryer Central air w high speed wifi. Upper Living room overlooks the lake with a private backyard and driveway parking

1.5 miles behind westfarms mall, 4 miles from CCSU and Farmington line is at the end of my street so it's a great location centrally located.


Feel free to ask any questions about rental or myself. I am not sure if this is a real legit way to find someone or not and HOPE it is better than the weirdos on CL.
