There is a cleaning clause in the lease which states if you don't clean/pickup after yourself you will pay for a maid. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other room. Pool and trash compactor located at front of neighborhood. 4 parking spots at house(2 inside garage, 1 currently taken by stuff for rear lanai) and plenty of guest parking in the neighborhood. Everyone living here has different work/sleep schedules so everyone is accommodating. Respectful and open communication.
