There is a cleaning clause in the lease which states if you don't clean/pickup after yourself you will pay for a maid. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other room. Pool and trash compactor located at front of neighborhood. 4 parking spots at house(2 inside garage, 1 currently taken by stuff for rear lanai) and plenty of guest parking in the neighborhood. Everyone living here has different work/sleep schedules so everyone is accommodating. Respectful and open communication. Friends are allowed over within reason and small gatherings allowed every once in a while with consent of all roommates.

I have a room available. Guest bathroom will be all yours as the other room houses my dog. She is sweet but she is big (she’s a 2yr Rottie). There is a gate in front of her door so she doesn’t roam if I’m not home. You have full access to the rest of the house. Washer and dryer available, if you need a bed I do have a queen size one available you’ll just have to put it together. Rent included internet, salt treatment, and electric. I’m off of sunshine so I’m close to everything. There’s 3 gas stations near the home, Publix, Walmart, Aldi’s all less than min away. I’m ok with 1 other pet. No roaming the home if you’re not home to keep an eye on them. Looking for someone quiet, and CLEAN, I don’t do parties nor do I drink. Ok if you have guest over but they need to respect my home as well, ok if you have a sleepovers but not every night or every other night. Last roommate traumatized me so I’m looking for someone sane who just wants somewhere quiet to stay and is respectful and responsible! So I will be doing a full background check!

It's a whole house we live in, just renting out the one room, so you will be sharing the restroom with the other roommate. Our house isn't the best as we are slowly trying to fix it up from the previous owners, so please keep that in mind before photos go up officially. Definitely a fixer-uper kind of house for now.We all generally keep to ourselves but also don't mind chatting with one another and sometimes playing games together, talking, hanging out, etc. We go shopping every other week as well and pool drinks and household items unless you choose to do your own shopping for stuff like detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. Food is all seperate already unless we decide to order stuff like pizza, then you can chip in if you'd like some. Stuff like that.I have two dogs, large and medium. They are both male and both people friendly but the larger one is dog selective, so we will not be allowing other dogs in the home. They both like to chase small animals as well, so cats would also be out of the question. Smaller pets kept to your bedroom is perfectly fine though.The price is rent, internet, and electricity all together. We have well water, so please keep that in mind if you have any preferences for that. We do our own lawn, so you're more than welcome to help with yard work if you're interested, but it's not necessary.Chores are not really a worry, just make sure you pick up after yourself and do/say something if you notice something that needs to be done.If you have any other questions, feel free to ask anytime! The room is on the smaller side as well, so keep in mind if you are trying to bring large or lots of furniture.
