separate entrance no utilities

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a roommate looking for someone to share the space. The apartment style living would be downstairs. It is completely renovated and there is a ton of light. The only communal space would be the laundry room and the upstairs kitchen. If you decided you wanted to use the kitchen there is a space downstairs for a microwave and/or air fryer and there’s also a fridge downstairs as well even though it’s small. I’m very clean and I have a cleaning lady that will be coming in monthly. I am pretty flexible as well. I don’t want a lot of noise late at night and no smoking. Move in fee is refundable.
