Looking for a room for rent

My name is Elaine Martin and I am years old and I work from home running an online business and I am looking for a room for rent to accommodate myself and my husband of years who is an engineer for Lawrence Brothers company. We are a very quiet and polite couple with no children and no pets. We never have any company or visitors. I stay busy all day online running my e commerce business and day trading. My husband is an experienced electrician and contractor who also owns his own business on the side doing electrical work and home remodels. If anything is ever broken or something happens from the plumbing to the electrical work to remodeling my husband has a year work history with all of that and is more than willing to fix or do work on any home we rent from if ever needed, as well. He is working Monday through Friday and some weekends and I work from home.
