Room for rent Colfax/Quebec Area

Hi! I have a room for rent in my home near Stapleton and Lowery. 420 friendly, must be an animal lover as there are pets here, so would prefer someone without pets. My roommate and I enjoy cooking and sometimes have family style dinner. We treat our home as our sanctuary and typically only have friends over for dinner or a Bronco game on occasion. It's a 3 bed 2 bath home so the bathroom would only be shared with one other, very tidy roommate. We also have a full size garage converted into a shed so there's tons of storage.
