Bedroom & living room/den floors are carpeted.

Common spaces include Kitchen, dining room, living room and den, which are all fully furnished.
Existing roommates are both in the entertainment industry. One male in his late s, the other, female, in her early s.
We would prefer someone who doesn’t work remotely, but open for discussion.
Very central location! Beverly Hills Adjacent/ Midcity West area of LA (). Close to the fwy, LACMA, The Grove and the Beverly Center.
