Good housemate wanted!!

I am currently searching for a home to rent with a minimum of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, car garage and a little property. No cookie cutter tract homes. I am looking in Lynnwood and towns close to the Everett plant. I prefer a 1 year+ lease and the 3rd room will be for my -year-old daughter that visits a few times a month. We can decide on a house and apply to rent it. Need to move ASAP. You will have free use of the entire home and a garage space. I have a large assortment of tools and 2 classic cars that I will be working on at the house. I am clean, quiet, drug and drama free and expect the same of a potential housemate. Pets can be negotiated if the landlord allows. Rent will be in the area of $ a month that we will split. We will also split the move in deposit that will be refunded to us on move out. I want a nice house so it may go up slightly and it will be a group decision what house to get.
