Share a warm, plant-filled home in South Tacoma near the mall.
This peaceful neighborhood features a walking path a seasonal farmers market nearby (during summer). It is just minutes from Chambers Bay, 5 minutes from I-5, a quick trip to the mall (if that’s your thing), and many new spots I’m just discovering. Our neighbors are welcoming, and the house has a lovely vibe.

I enjoy sharing an occasional meal, diving into local arts, enjoying walks, or even gardening together!

A little about the home
Built-in , it has modern, Boho farmhouse vibes. In the summer, the yard is lush with rosemary, lavender, and raspberries, and there are garden beds and a garage in the backyard. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Your Space:
The room is located downstairs and close to the downstairs bathroom, I have my bathroom upstairs and my living space. It fits a Queen bed, and dresser. It has a door to the front and back of the house.
Shared space

Large fenced backyard, full-size washer and dryer, shared living and dining rooms. Includes some garage storage, furnished/unfurnished room, street parking, split utilities and yard care, and fully stocked kitchen pantry.
