Looking for someone (female) to take over my contract for a private room with a shared bathroom in a bath house. The contract ends , with an option to renew. I am willing to negotiate the price of the first month's rent.
The house is occupied by 3 female UCR students. Shared spaces are furnished, the room is not. Utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) are split evenly between the roommates and are between . There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well as exercise equipment. The backyard has a patio and gardening space.
There are 2 cats in the household, so unfortunately unable to accommodate any more animals.
