Hello,
I am currently looking someone to take the rest of my lease. It is right by campus (University of Northern Colorado). There are three other ladies that are currently living there, we are all college age and would like another roommate around same age. Rent is $400 mo. you will have to do a $400 deposit however as long as you respect the property you will receive the money back. The $400 includes the utilities, there is a full kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, and laundry and it includes trash. There is 4 bedrooms 2 baths, you will share the bathroom with one of the other girls living there. The other two have the other bathroom. Parking is in the back which has alley access. The sooner I can get someone the better. Please do not bug me if you are not interested, it would be greatly appreciated if you are interested to please first but if you do not have an I can text. Please go for the first, then we can show you the property. Pets are welcome however its an extra $25 per month and an extra $500 deposit, but just like the $400 deposit you can get that money back.
