Looking for room to rent

I’m looking to move to Sydney from Brisbane in late Jan / early Feb. A private, furnished room would be amazing however I am okay with unfurnished as well. My max budget is $. I would prefer living in the inner west but I’m also open to surrounding areas. Ideally I would like to share with a female / non-binary / queer household in their early s as I am also .

A bit about me 🤭
I’m a contemporary dancer and model with plenty of experience in share house living, having lived in San Francisco before Brisbane. I enjoy reading, music, working out and am very sociable but also respect personal space and do partake in some iPad kid time myself. I’m a piscis 🐟so a little in my own world sometimes. I’m invested in queer spaces and am almost always down for a night out (for the plot of course).
I make sure to keep shared living spaces clean and am happy to take part in cleaning rosters/ chores around the house.

I will be working alongside dance/modeling and so will generally have quite a busy schedule through the week.
