I'd like to commonly share a home with a similar person. With no drama, and definitely a respect of one another's space and belongings. Not that I have much, but what I have.... I can spend about 500-550 on rent and utilities, and I'd expect you to do the same. You will need to be on the lease with me, and have verifiable income too I won't deal with a drunk, as I've been sober 25 years. I plan to just move my Comcast bundle, and we can split all of the bills equally. I have a little yorkie-shitzu, and I am 420 friendly! I don't smoke cigs, and feel they should be smoked outdoors.
