Hey there,

Looking for a female roommate starting February Ninth. We are also open to any LGBT. You would be added on to a new lease in a three bedroom apartment. You would have your own room, bathroom, and closet. We also have a washer, dryer and dishwasher within the unit. If you have a car there is street parking. Apartment is also walking distance to Ralph’s, restaurants, and bus stops (if you ride public transportation).

Rent is Hundred dollars (I have to spell it out since for some reason numbers don’t appear on the listing for some reason). With the move in, it will be the first month’s rent and two month's security deposit (If you can't pay the deposit all at once, payment is flexible). Utilities and WIFi combined is around One Hundred and Fifty dollars (Note though that water/electric is every Two months). Landlord will be conducting a background check, checking credit score, and work pay stubs upon lease signing.

Me and my roommate are both responsible, respectful, clean, chill, and communicate openly with any issue. We also mind our own business/do our own thing. We are looking for someone who has stable income, LA based, cleans up after themselves, and can stay long term.
