renting 1 room individually two of the rooms are currently being rented for because it comes with their own personal bathroom and one room is because that person will share a bathroom with me. Everything is included water, trash, internet, etc. The house is fully furnished as well and no pets allowed message me if you have any questions and I dont do background checks or down payment just pay rent on time we good i accept cashapp or zelle no cash for tax purposes. The house is located right by UTRGV college in Edinburg TX like 6 minutes and I should mention i only speak a little Spanish. Also this will be a month to month lease.
