My fiancé & I work really hard and are looking to save on rent with utilities included on the Southside, preferable on or near St. Augustine rd., or Baymeadows. I run an online business, and my fiancé works nights from two to eleven pm (sometimes later). We're clean, quiet, and self-sufficient. Looking for short term (6 months) or possibly long term for the right place. We'd like to start with weekly payments, then month to month if we're a good fit. No kids, no pets will be with us.
