URGENT SUBLEASE FOR JAN-JULY

Hello! My name is Valorie and I am looking for someone to sublease my room for the spring-summer semester (January st). JANUARY IS ALREADY PAID FOR. I am currently living at The Verge which is roughly a 5 minute walk to campus. I am apart of a four bedroom apartment (3 female roommates), each room having their own bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment comes with its own washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Rent is $ a month, however everything is fully furnished. (PRICE IS ALSO NEGOTIABLE) The room itself comes with a desk, chair, bed frame, (full XL) mattress, and dressers.
Everything included in rent: water, maintenance, gym, amenities, courtyard, study space, and closed off underground garage (for an extra fee).
In order to access building entry and elevator, a key fob is required.
The Verge is located within a 5 minute walk to Target, multiple restaurants, Amazon, etc.
