Hello everyone!

I am looking to sublet my room and have somebody take over my lease at my apartment. I am currently finishing up school and will no longer be needing the space. the remainder of the lease is until June. From there you can choose to renew. It’s a 4 bed room, 2 bath, includes a kitchen and living space. It’s on the 4th floor so there is some privacy and has a small balcony. You will have your own room, closet, and as of now bathroom. It’s pre furnished as well. Base Rent is $/month plus some fees such as parking ($). Utilities depend on how much/often you use them.
If anybody is seriously interested for taking over this lease for at least the remainder of my months, Please feel free to reach out with any questions, inquiries, or negotiations and I’ll be happy to work something out. It would be a great help to me and I’d be happy to help somebody find a space to live.
