Roommate wanted for Feb 1st

Spacious and bright room available in the Yonge/Eglinton area for February 1st!! You would be taking over my half of the lease on a beautiful apartment in The Torontonian, a well-maintained building located 5 minutes from Eglinton subway. The building has an indoor pool, a sauna, a gym and a convenience store. Also, many restaurants, cafes and shops are just down the street!
Rent is $880, heating and hot water included (but hydro and Internet are shared). Indoor parking available for $100/month. Possibility of buying my current roommate’s bedroom furniture if needed.
You would be sharing the apartment with me, a special ed teacher in her late twenties, and two adorable cats. Graduate student or young professional preferred.
