Wanted: Fun, Responsible Roomie :)

Description

* I am looking for a private room between $200 and $500 in Plano, Richardson, Garland, Dallas, Carrollton, Addison, or Farmers Branch (basically anywhere DART will go).
* I don't mind if a roomie smokes cigarettes, but no partying and no 420, please; otherwise, I'm pretty open-minded and easy to get along with as far as people go. :) I love diversity: different racial/cultural backgrounds, disabilities, LGBT, etc.
* Having respect and rapport is great; having a friendship would be even better. Communication, honesty, and sensitivity are very important to me.
* I don't mind dogs or cats, as long as the dogs aren't super hyper. I'm blind, and it scares me if they like to jump a lot.
* I have a boyfriend who is very sweet and courteous. It is unknown at this time whether he may want to pitch in, but I'm guessing we'll be moving in together later down the road. That said, I'd love to have him come and stay with me some weekends.
