* The apartment is a -bathroom unit. You will share the bathroom with another female student from Columbia University.
* Located on the th floor, the apartment features a living room and offers great views. It does not face the street, ensuring a quiet environment.
* Washers and dryers are available in the building's basement.
* The master bedroom is spacious, measuring approximately square feet.
Rent: $ (Available from January 3rd to February th)
Requirements:
* Preference will be given to tenants who can rent for the entire period.
* Female tenants only.
* No boys allowed in the apartment or to stay overnight.
* Must be clean and tidy, and take care of the furniture.
* Preferably quiet.
