UTA Apartment (FULLY FURNISHED)

Description

Is anyone looking to live at Heights on Pecan at UTA next semester? I'm not coming back to UTA next semester and my lease doesn't end until july, so I need someone to take over the lease. It's a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment and it is COMPLETELY FURNISHED!!!! It also includes cable TV and internet. And YES financial aid will cover the apartment just like it would any of the dorms. Roommate is super chill too, haven't had any trouble with him. If you wanna come look at it, I'm willing to show it to you If you're interested.
