I am a UT student who is looking to sublease my apartment at The Commons. I live in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. You would be rooming with my current roommate. She is super nice and easy to get along with. It would be available for move-in on January 4.

Rent is $580/month. The only utility you pay for is electricity, which usually runs about $30/month. I also have an assigned parking space right in front of the building! This is $50/month. I would be willing to pay your parking fee for three months! That is free parking right in front of your building for January, February, and March. This is prime parking, which is hard to find in the Fort!
