DTC - Luxury Apartment

Hello,

I am a quiet, very clean and organized 40 year old male whom works in the technology arena doing local outside sales. I do not travel for work so am home daily, sometimes working from home as well. My place is fully furnished with higher end furniture and electronics. This includes a desk area with a computer, dining area, kitchen, laundry, patio with grill and patio furniture. The private bedroom and bathroom that is available is of very good size and is pictured with a Queen Size bedroom outfit for reference, the bedroom though will be empty and you will need to provide the bedroom and bathroom furnishings.
I am looking for someone whom is social, friendly, respectful and very clean to share my place with. I am NOT looking for a party person! While I do enjoy drinking on Happy Hours and going out once or twice a week….my Bar Star days of staying up till 3 or 4 am are over and yours should be also in order to be a good fit in this scenario.
The rent does not include utilities (cable, internet, etc.) those will be around 100 a month for everything split 50/50. The space will be available on January 1st or possibly sooner. I will require meeting people before having any agreements made. I am a professional adult and am looming for the same :-)
