Take over my lease :)!

Description

I need somebody to take over my lease in my wonderful room at my newly updated apartment ASAP. I live at Cypress Creek, I currently rent out the master suite, its huge!! There are two closest (his and hers), private bathroom,washer in dryer in the unit and more space than needed. The only reason I have to move is because I have to move back home to the west coast for a family illness. My room is big enough for a couple or a single individual.
-Included in the rent is utilities and free parking :)
-A block from DC border
-Close to shopping centers
-Size of the room 15"0"x 17"4"

** Reason I don't have pictures of the room is because i'm packing and its a mess, but please come and look :)
