Great price for the location

Description

Looking for someone to sublet the rest of my lease from January to the end of June. You can resign the lease after that if you wold like. It is a 4-bedroom house with 3 stories. 2 rooms on the top floor; 2 rooms, living room, and kitchen on the ground floor; and a washer and dryer in the basement. Current 3 roommates are really chill, all taking classes at WSU. Would prefer someone 420 friendly.
