room for rent in roscoe village

Hello! Looking for someone to take over my spot for the duration of my lease, there are 6 months remaining with the option to renew. Rent is $550 and that includes the water bill. My current roommate is a flight attendant, so she is rarely home. Apartment is a part of a three unit building, our neighbors are very quiet. There is a washer and dryer in the building. Everything you could need is walking distance to the apartment: grocery stores, gyms, bars, restaurants, library. It is also close to tons of transportation. Brown line is a 5-10 minute walk, and it is close to the damen, western, addison and belmont bus routes to connect to the blue line. Apartment is already set up with wifi/cable/gas/electric, which usually run about 80-100 dollars.
Move in as soon as possible! I am moving to the west coast so I am trying to find someone by no later than December 1st. I also am not planning on taking my furniture with me, so if you need a bed or anything else I would be willing to leave it in the room for you. There is no security deposit required as it was already taken care of when me and my current roommate moved in. All thats due upon move in is first months rent. Landlord is requiring you to fill out an application to have background/credit/rental history check only costs $30.
