My wife and I are looking to share a 4 br 2 ba house with a couple or single person who is interested in 2 rooms and a private bath. We are in San Leandro, near Bart, shopping, and easy freeway access. The full rent is $1825, and we are looking for roommate(s) to pay half and to share the utilities. We were living with another couple who just moved out so the rooms are avail now.There is still some carpet cleaning and minor fix ups on the way from the property mgmt to make it right for the new tenants. My wife and I are in our late 40’s and are clean,responsible and respectful people. We are looking for the same. I am an electrician, going back to school full time to enhance my skills. My wife is also a part time student. We have lived here for 10 years and we like it very much.
The house is managed by a property mgmt company and will be going through standard application process, so proof of income is a must.
It is an older house in need of some tlc and we are going to put in the effort as soon as we find the right tenant(s).
The rent is very good for the space and location. You will save a lot of money renting here.
We don’t care what you do outside, but no smoking in the house. And because it is a shared house, no kids please. Just too risky to keep them out of stuff. The rooms are not furnished, and the living room, kitchen, backyard is a common area for all.
