Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. I'm moving out of state and have to go before my lease is up. I am looking for someone to move in between December and the beginning of March. (I'm flexible between those months) I live in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 great roommates. Private bedroom, shared bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit, complex has a pool, fitness center and office with a computer and WiFi available for residents. One of my roommates works full time and is a student at UTA. My other roommate works full time and part time and is a UTA graduate. We normally see each other in the evenings and sometimes on weekends. We all have really chill lifestyles, enjoy wine nights and Netflix binging, but we don't take it personal if we don't see each other for days, which happens because we are all pretty busy. Our rent is about 600 a month including utilities, ATT (cable and WiFi) and Reliant. Everything is split 3 ways.
