Perfect for contractor working in DC or Northern Virginia during the week, military, or someone coming to the DC area for a temporary posting. Near Arlington, Fort Belvoir, metro and I-95, I-395.

Male or female welcome, no smoking or drugs in the house, house is clearance- friendly. You will have your own private bedroom and bath. Laundry, full kitchen privileges (I like to cook and do often.) Separate den area for your use is negotiable. Short term renter OK, must provide references. Space in the garage for a bike if you're a cyclist. Gas fireplace, light and airy living and dining room.

You can rent furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Bedroom has full size bed, small and large dresser, chair, bedside table and lamp. There is room for a desk if you'd like to remove one dresser. Internet wifi connection, you can put a tv in your room - just need to put in a connection. Two friendly cats live in the house. Must be pet - friendly- they're part of the family.

If you live with me, you'll be part of the family- so we have to communicate well, no drama. This is a great place to live if you are in the military or if you're a government contractor.
