Respectful housemate to share my brand new two-bedroom townhouse with. You will have your own private room as well as private bathroom with access to a washer and dryer within the unit. In addition, you are welcome to use any of the common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and patio. Also, the townhouse complex has a pool.

The room is being rented with a brand-new full bed/mattress, night table, dresser and TV. Perfect for a hard working professional. The rent price of $600 per month includes the room including water, cable/internet, and electricity as well as one parking spot and additional guest parking. In order to move in you will need to pay first and last month plus security deposit. Total to move in $ 1,800.00

I am looking to rent for at least 6 months. You will need to pass a background check in order to comply with the requirements of the property's association.

I'm a young professional guy in my earliest 30s, and I am looking for a male roommate. Please note that smokers will not be considered. Pets are not allowed.

The room will be rented to a single individual, not couples.
