I'm a 28 year old male, young professional, and am looking for a roommate for near or around November 1st. Apartment is approx 900 sq ft., two bedroom two bath, rooftop balcony and balcony off the kitchen. Bathrooms renovated recently. In-suite laundry. Centrally located and 10 minute walk to Cambie Canada line. The apartment complex itself is 4 stories and has 32 units total. Size provides unique condo living where elevator use is optional and no high-density feel. Building is also open concept/design not stereotypical of most Vancouver condos.

There is streetside permit parking (approx. $50 annually), common storage room and ability to park bicycles underground.

I am open to either male or female roommate but lifestyle and compatibility, understandably, is paramount. My personal lifestyle, and apartment location should be perfect for resident doctor at VGH, medical student, Nurse, or other young working professional.

The apartment is fully furnished less a second bed (ie. byob).
