3bedroom duplex in Little Elm

Description

These pictures are with the current owner still living there so it will be my furniture and decorations so it will look a little different. I didn't take the pictures so I'll post better ones as soon as I can. The rooms will be unfurnished. I have dining and living furniture but not in love with it so I'm tryin to sell mine and get a new couch.

I'm most likely only looking for one roommate and leave the other room empty or turn it into a game room.
I'm a home body and will probably only be working part time so want to find someone that I would mesh well with, not just kind of last minute anything'll do kinda thing.
I wake up early, usually like 6-8 and usually go to bed pretty early like 8-10, grandma status.

There is a backyard and two car garage. Wood floors. All bills, electric, water, yada yada. The $500 move in will be a refundable deposit. We can talk about lease terms and everything.
