Roommate Needed

My roommate is taking a job downtown and I need someone to fill her spot. You will have your own private room and bathroom. Looking for a young professional like me. I am a tax accountant about to go into grad school, looking for someone who has a steady job and loves animals. I have a dog. You are welcome to bring yours, they would just need to be put on the lease. I am a pretty outgoing person and like to have friends over every now and then. Looking for someone who is comfortable in meeting new people and not opposed to having get-togethers at the house. The rent for you would be $475/mo or $485/mo with animal. This includes garbage and water. Electricity, cable and internet are separate. I pay about $600/mo on average with everything. The apartment complex is Madison Humphreys Center by Baptist East hospital. We live in the Riverbend layout if you want to look on line. It is a nice apartment. You will need your own bedroom furniture.
