Looking to sublet my one bedroom apartment starting in October. I have had to move before my lease is up, so you would be taking over the remaining lease which expires mid December.

Second story apartment with balcony is located at ReNew at the Shops, a gated community, walking distance from The Shops Mission Viejo Mall and Saddleback College.

Comes with a washer/dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and possibly a refrigerator all in-unit. I may also be willing to leave behind furniture or sell it for a really low cost if you're interested as well.

You will receive one covered parking spot and one uncovered parking pass (first come first serve on this one). Guest parking is available with 3 day parking passes for guests.

There is a pool and work out room which is open until 10pm as well.
