Description

We are looking for a roommate with a October 1st move-in. We are offering a month-to-month lease only - $900/month (plus electric/gas/internet) + 900/security at move-in.

Here's some details:

It's a FULL three story house, with backyard.
We have 2 full bathrooms, washer & dryer and dishwasher.

The room you'd be looking at fits a full/queen bed, dresser and a night stand and has a double door closet. (I'll be happy to send photos via )

We also have a ton of storage space in the basement for winter/summer clothes and other larger items (snowboards/surfboards/exercise equipment)

Transportation:
10-12 minutes walk to the Fresh Pond Road 'M' train, which can get you to midtown (34th street) in about 45 minutes.

2 blocks from the Q55 bus that takes you straight to the 'L' train at Myrtle/Wyckoff, this trip gets you to 14th street (Union Square) in about 45 minutes.

Entertainment:
We have FIOS cable & internet along with Netflix, HBOgo & Hulu - which are all set-up on our smart TV in the living room.

There are a ton of bars & restaurants within walking distance, and a bunch of restaurants that deliver in the area.

A bit about us:

We are 2 female professionals in our late-20s working in Manhattan, we ideally want a roommate with a similar schedule. We do a lot of cooking at home and small gatherings of friends/family - this is made easy with our large kitchen and full dining room.

The living areas are all furnished - the room will come empty for you to decorate however you'd like. We do love our furry friends but unfortunately our landlord has ask for no pets, our apologies.
