UCLA student looking for a place

Hello,
I am a 26 years old female UCLA extension directing student to be. I studied Management but then I realized I wanted to make films so here I come.

I am looking for a private room. I am very easy going in conditions of rooms except if there is an odor, then I am out. :)

Of course I'd like to see the place neat and clean but I wouldn't fight about an unwashed glass that stayed a table for one night. I think getting along well with the flatmates is more important than the conditions of the house because how can you stay positive if you live around people who provoke negativity in you. And of course rules are rules and one can get angry if the other breaks them regularly.

I have lived with people from several countries and backgrounds in several places like San Diego, Istanbul, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Beirut. So I am open-minded and very experienced in shared housing and I'd like to live with open-minded people.

I am coming from Istanbul to LA in Sept 13.
If I look like a potential flatmate to you please send me an that includes photos of the place and information about yourself.

Note: I can stay in a shared room for a short-term until I find a private room.
