Seeking a roommate for a fairly spacious house (2300 sq ft). The house has 3 bedrooms on the main floor along with 1.5 bathrooms. Currently, I have two roommates, female in her 30s, and gay male in his 20s on the first level - I stay in the basement, which has an additional bedroom and bath. The house is located in the Harvey Park area of Denver (see map), and is pretty close to most things. I'm very LGBT friendly as well.
About me: I'm courteous, responsible and stay active. I don't sweat the small things, and am fairly flexible about most things. I am seeking the same. I am asking $500, plus shared utilities. Currently your portion would be mostly unfurnished, but could possibly arrange something. I'm flexible on move in times, but would prefer fairly soon.
