Responsible professional to rent

Description

I need to cut down my commute with a place to rent in Denver. Studio or 1 bedroom that is clean and has some sun or porch would be ideal. I'd like to keep rent and utilities around $700, but am flexible for the right space and location. Furnished will help, unfurnished will still work.
