Me and my brother (in our mid 20's) is looking to rent out the basement in a beautiful tome home located off Harlan at 44th. This town home has an open basement with 1 room and a large living area (Could potentially room 2 people). We are looking for someone to continue the lease with us for the whole basement for 6-12 months. We do not allow pets due to allergies.

This location is closely near Regis University so it is perfect for a student with a form of transportation. It is also close to the Highlands and Downtown Denver so this location is ideal for a professional worker as well.
